Baruch Atah Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha'olam, shehakol nihiyah bid'varo.
Blessed are You, Lord our God, King of the universe, by Whose word all things came to be.
Blended tomato soup is Shehakol because the tomatoes have lost their form.
